I left Pole on the last day of the summer season, February 15. After a couple of days at McMurdo, I flew to Christchurch, and spent about six days in New Zealand. After visiting friends in Auckland for a couple of days, I returned to the U.S. on Feb 22. I'm back at work in Denver, and preparing to do it all over again.
