This is a stag tip handled knife I built from 0-1. It has a brass guard
and pin. Hidden tang design.
I did not completely build this knife. I was out of knifemaking at the
time I wanted this. This is my own design. I sent a pic of what I wanted
to my friend Dave Larsen. I also sent a blank bar of 1080 steel to him
to use for the blade. Dave ground the blade for me and heat treated it.
He put a 400 grit satin finish on it. I painted it black with high temp
bbq grill paint and wrapped the handle with green poly cord. The kydex
sheath I also built myself. Ok maybe not a all natural material knife but
even I need a good survival knife.
