| Yoda was our first true attempt at a snow sculpture in 1998. Originally it was going to be a giant Boba Fett, and then a giant Darth Vader, but every time that we tried to sculpt the head on the ground and move it to the body it would break apart. Thus, we ended up just sculpting the head while it was already on the body. Snow covered sticks were used to support the ears, and a long stem of some dead plant was used as a light sabre. It was constructed by Mike, Ted, and Neal. |
