Each month planned and conducted two social events and one educational program.  The educational programs included seminars on abusive relationships, career building, stress management, and relationship counseling.

-Patience in dealing with various personalities and agendas.

-Planning and coordination needed to establish monthly educational lessons that were interesting to the students and informative.

-Ability to recognize when I needed help; especially in the instances of counseling, knowing when to ask for outside help was key.
