Veronica Main, who lives in Buckinghamshire, England has worked with straw for more than 25 years and says that straw is her passion! As one of the craft's leading exponents she teaches in the USA, UK and Europe, writes for magazines and undertakes commissions for TV and film companies, advertising agencies, corporations and private individuals. She is a researcher and works as a freelance consultant for Museums and Historical Societies. Veronica is a member of NAWW, IAWW and the Guild of Straw Craftsmen, who have acknowledged her services to Straw Work by awarding her a place on their prestigious Roll of Honour. |
