                                  1940-1980

                         For others, he's just a singer

                       For others, he's just a mere songwriter

                       But for me he's a great hero

                       A great leader, a great friend

                       A great composer, you can never deny

                       A person you can rely

                      Why does people like him had to pass away?

                      A lovable person, I can say

                     A great friend, others say

                   John, even though you passed away

                   In my heart, your songs will play 

                  Because I know you're safe even if you are far away.
