| Lorraine: Today is April 1st! I love this day because it's George's birthday and I'm planning to throw a surprise party for him and invite over all our friends. |

| Lorraine: The day starts with a special birthday breakfast! Fortunately, George is so notoriously bad at keeping track of dates that he probably doesn't even realise what day it is. Although, I make sure to give him a special birthday kiss. |
 |
| Lorraine: Sigh! You can't have a party without cleaning the place up first, so here I am slaving away. |
| Lorraine: While taking out the garbage a new neighbour comes by who I've never met- but I tell her about the party anyway... |

| Lorraine: Only to discover that she's not interested! |
 |
| Lorraine: George, meanwhile has introduced himself to a new neighbour as well! Her name is Tiffany. |
| Lorraine: The other neighbour, her name's Sylvia becomes the first unfortunate recipent of our sink breaking. Also unfortunate- the fact she doesn't bother to say anything and then leaves! }:O( |

| Lorraine: Finally the party is ready! Everything's in order and the friends are on their way. Look at the balloons!- there's nothing George likes better. |

| Lorraine: It's nearly dusk by the time Betty arrives- George goes out to greet her. |
 |
| Lorraine: Then Babs and her husband Steve show up! Our little party is complete and it's time for the birthday cake! |
 |

| Lorraine: But first I decide to put on a red dress that George particularly likes me to wear. Unfortunately, I discover the mess in the bathroom and have to clean that up in case someone else slips on it. Glamous as the movies make it-it's NO fun mopping up a spill in heels! |

| Lorraine: And Ta-Da! While everyone's still chatting on the patio I bring out the birthday cake- which I made myself- chocolate with nice creamy icing. |
| Lorraine: George enters the house to see the cake! And to recieve a little kiss on the cheek courtsey of me! George:Hey! Is that a chocolate cake? Yum! |

| Lorraine: While George goes and gets a knife Babs, Betty, Steve and I get on our party hats. |
 |

| Lorraine: As we cheer and toot our nosiemakers, George blows out his candles and we all applaud! |
 |
| Lorraine: We each get a piece of cake and dig in. George: Yum! This perfect, Lorrie! |
 |
| George: Well, I'm sorry to say I'm not Party Animal- it was so great seeing you all, but I'm bone-tired. Lorraine: YOU'RE bone-tired, I did all the work! George: Let's not spilt hairs, dear, at least not until we say good-bye to our friends. Lorraine: Hmpf! |

| Lorraine: Well, the guests are gone, the cake is eaten, the birthday has been celebrated! George: With style! Lorraine: Now, let's just go to bed. George: I love you, Lorrie. Lorraine: Well, why shouldn't you ;O) Happy Birthday, Georgie. George: Awww. Lorraine: Now let's just go to bed! |
