Meeting held at St. Bridget’s Chapel Hall 12^th October 2001

PURPOSE To Form an Association and Adopt a Constitution

The following were elected as Office Bearers

Other Members have agreed to accept the following roles

Membership Representative J. Brown

The New Committee agreed to the following actions

Membership Application Forms to be devised and sent out prior to Xmas.
The Treasurer to arrange for a bank account to be opened in the name of the Friends of Blairs.
Two of three signatures to be required for any withdrawals
Peter Gorman to Edit a newsletter and submit to the committee for approval
Contact to be made with J. Woodside to arrange next years meeting in Aberdeen
J. Brown to identify all clergy who attended Blairs and invite them to join
A Membership Fee of £10.00 per year to be charged to help defray costs of running the Association.

The meeting closed with a vote of thanks to Mgr McIntyre who then led us in a closing prayer.

The next meeting will be held on the 4^th November 2001 at 7.30pm
