I was trying to think up a picture to use as "picture of the update" for the update/rant of 11/15/05. Then I got the idea to draw the picture of the update, using the rant as the inspiration I drew this. The cheese joke came from when a certain co-worker of mines actually did throw cheese all over the place.
CHEESE-GRENADE!!!
People seemed to like the drawing did for the "picture of the update" for the update/rant of 11/15/05. So I decided to do it again when came time to update again. This one however is inspirer only by the first part of the rant were I wrote about me quitting my job. I had another picture in mind when I was about to get started, which was a drawing of my Old Black Dodge, which died two weeks earlier.

A comic review of a comic.
One day, Travis D. (A friend of mine.) Brought over a comic that his friend Mitch (who I highly distaste.) drew. The comic was horrible.  It made The Bad Art Collection look good (and that's saying something.). To show how much I hated this piece s***, I drew this comic. It's also the first comic in which  I drew my brother as a ninja.
GO FLYING GAMING NINJA!!
Whatever happened to R007b33r-Guy?
On the forum Hellz Fire, I came up with the idea that we should do a newsletter. Since it was my idea, I was the one who wrote it (with help of course). I thought it would be cool to have a comic it the newsletter, Although, I waited until the last minute to draw the comic.
At the time, R007b33r-Guy (Travis D.) Who had the highest post count on the forum, seemed to have fallen of the face of the earth. Thus, I based the comic off of this. The funny thing is, while I was drawing this comic, he came over to my house. It turned out that he just got sucked into Kingdom Hearts 2.
Staying up working.
Just a month and a half after issue one of the Hellz Fire newsletter was released, the forum was corrupted and we had to abandon it. The forum's Super Administrators, BloodyRain (Now BloodBlackRosez) and skppy1225 created the new forum Dreadful Dreams. And I was reinstated to administrator of the forum (Administrator on xmb is equal to global moderator.).
After the forum was situated, we began work on the newsletter. All I had(have) to do this time around was compile it, draw the comic, and send it out.
At first, I wanted to draw a comic based on the fall of Hellz Fire. But I just couldn't get it right so I scrapped that idea. I was unable to do any work on the comic, because I could think up a good idea. Then about nine ‘o clock p.m. the night before the newsletter had to be sent. I got the idea: I stayed up all night, I made a schedule that at particular times I would just draw whatever was on my mind at the time, and the idea worked, I got done roughly around six a.m.
For some inspiration, I read all three issues of
FillerBunny by Jhonen Vasquez, as the night went by.
Halloween comic.
I drew this for the Dreadful Dreams newsletter #2.
I waited till the last minute, and I could think up any suitable ideas for the comic (can of a recurring theme here, huh?). Decided to cut it down to four panels, but that didn't work. So I drew one big panel comic. It was much bigger originally, but as a after thought, I decided to shrink it down to 1024x768 so I could use it as wallpaper for my desktop.
Dreadful Dreams Newsletter #3
Self-portraits.
Yet again, done at the last minute, but mainly because I had to scrap all the other ideas I had for the newsletter comic. This time, I directly make fun of myself for waiting till the last minute. It takes me eight hours or so to make a comic, not counting break or thinking time. Four hours if rushed. This comic however only took me about two to three hour to draw, and a hour to ink. I'm happy with this comic, it's short and sweet, unlike my other comics which tend to be overelaborated(in the writing, not the art.).
Dreadful Dreams Newsletter comic #4
The fourth issue of the Dreadful Dreams Newsletter was the December ‘06 issue, so I made a Holiday comic. I was running a little late on the comic so originally I wasn't going to ink it. However, I wasn't able to get on the computer to upload and edit it when I wanted to. So since I had to wait for a few hours, I decided to ink it anyway. Despite how hastily I drew this comic, I'm quite proud of the ink job I did. This is also the First time I tried to draw Skppy1225 (he's the guy I'm talking to in panel 1 to 3.), And I horribly failed. Still, it was my first time drawing him, he should look better in any future comics. Like I said somewhere before, I take material from Dreadful Dreams for the DD comics, and make jokes or plots with said material. The plot of the comic comes from how dead the site got at the time I wrote the comic.

So not too long ago, XMB host decided to transfer all their data to new servers. During this time XMB forums would go off line for days at a time. So we at Dreadful Dreams saw this one Error message a lot. So I based the comic off this. I like what I did with panel three.

Dreadful Dreams Newsletter comic #6 (Halloween Comic 2)
It’s been a few months since the last newsletter, and the forum (Hellz Fire/Dreadful Dreams) seems to suffer for it. So when Halloween came around, I thought a newsletter issue and a Halloween comic might just be the shot in the arm the forum needed. Yet again, using metaphoric joke of the forum. Although, I’m thinking not going to use the metaphor comics again. Maybe. I actually dressed like that on Halloween. Alice Cooper type make-up with my red Vash Coat (pictures on my Myspace.)
Belinda
Bernhard. Tales of Modern Swordsmen
Alexius Loki
Belinda was a character that came right out of the blue. At first, she was suppose to be a rape victim that came back to her home-town to seek vengeance ageist her rapist (a dumbass hick.). Her story was suppose to be short and tragic, with her dying at the end. The more I worked with her, the more she grew, and the more She disliked her story. So it changed. She became a Gun-Ho woman with more balls then most men. And she is by far, the strongest character I’ve ever created. I plan to use her in many of my projects, And she might get her own series of stories.
During the first few weeks I was getting ideas for Tales of Modern Swordsmen,  I wanted a character to use a Zweihänder. That’s how Berhard Haupt came along. Since the Zweihänder was a German weapon, I thought it would only be right if he was German himself. The Zweihänder he’s holding is hundreds of years old, and yes, he's the one who busted it. The wall he’s standing next to is from a old castle, the Graffiti on the wall is from WWII.
Alexius Loki is as random of a character as you can get. While drawing a picture for picture of the update 10.21.07., I thought I’ll draw a picture of a Vampire. Now a didn’t want the cliche Béla Lugosi style of a vampire, no, I wanted a more contemporary vampire. And thus, I drew this guy. I picture him the kind of vampire that goes to clubs and parties. I wanted it to look more halloween-ish, so I threw in some stock Halloween images, but I put a bit of a spin of them. The jack-o'-lantern with the third eye and a stoned look about it. The black cat being stepped on. Odd looking bats. As well, I put it some references to certain mangas.
