Many of our close friends and family took advantage of knowing someone living in Ireland. During the 2 years we were there, the McInerney bed & breakfast was booked! We even had a couple of repeat visitors. See who spent their holiday with us: We saw EVERY corner of Ireland and explored pubs, towns, and roads only known to the locals. | Leaving Ireland was not easy. We built a circle of friends, loved our jobs, came to appreciate the weather, and spoke the Irish lingo! All of the going away parties our friends and co-workers had in honor of us only made it that much harder to say 'good-bye.' Thanks to all our family and our friends who crossed the ocean to spend time with us. You all helped make Ireland feel more like a home. And thanks to all our Irish friends who welcomed us 'Yanks' in your country. We enjoyed all the slagging, messing, nattering, getting pissed, and those late-morning cupas. Thanks for all the great craic. |
