High School Batch '78, Born in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay on April 7, 1960. Finished AB Major in English at Ateneo de Zamboanga University; MPA Units at same school; Units on Library Science Continuing Studies. Worked at Ateneo de Zamboanga University for 10 years. At present, Asst Librarian and Part-Time Instructor of Marian College. Together with his family's growth, he aims to help Marian College develop and grow to become the first Catholic University of Zamboanga Sibugay. Married to Ma. Chuchi B. Inguillo, 1 child.
