Satire Essay
	"All modern American literature comes from one book by Mark Twain called Huckleberry Finn... All American writing comes from that.  There was nothing before.  There has been nothing good since."     Mark Twain inThe Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, deliberately sends Huck and Jim south so thathe can satirize the deep South.  It leads to interesting scenes where the characters portrayed are absolutely pitiful.      In a creative essay, I would like you to write a satire of your society.  Lampoon our modern day culture by criticizing anything that you have come in contact with.  It can be a local satire such as Vernon, or even our school, or a poke at our national culture.
