Snowmobilers Anonymous
Welcome to the official Snomobilers Anonymous
Vintage Riding Club website. In here you will find information
about our members, their sleds, pictures of contributer's sleds,
project information, and more...
We are a vintage
snowmobile club that operates in Genessee and Orleans Counties in
New York State. If you are from these areas, and would like to
join, please go to our "Join Page".
This
site is still under construction, so please bookmark and check
back periodically.
This season's Quote:
"A day without snow is a soup without
crackers"
-Doug Vose
- Sled Sled
- A snowmobile-pulled trailer made from scratch.
- Replacing the breaker-points on an old Arctic Cat
- It's actually not very hard, the only
"specialized" tool you need is a flywheel
puller.
- Replacing crankshaft oil seals on an older sled
- You should have moderate experience on working with sleds
before you tackle this job yourself.
Note: Snowmobilers Anonymous is not
responsable for anything lost, broken, and/or not working
correctly as a result of the above information (and for that
matter, anything within this web-site). It is mereley a very
detailed overview, it may not work on all snowmobiles, but it
should (the points and oil seal overviews will work on '73 Arctic
Cat Cheetah's, providing you use the proper tools).
