May 11, 1998 (RAW) - WWF World Champion Steve Austin & Vince McMahon (mystery partner) (w/ Gerald Brisco & Pat Patterson) fought WWF IC Champion the Rock & D-Lo Brown to a no contest when Vince, Brisco, Patterson, and Dude Love attacked Austin late in the contest

 

May 17, 1998 (WCW Slamboree 1998) - Eric Bischoff challenged Vince McMahon, the chairman of the then-WWF (WCW's main competitor), to a match at Slamboree 1998. McMahon never replied to Bischoff's challenge and did not show up at the WCW event. The "match" was held anyway, with Bischoff winning by default due to McMahon's absence.

 

January 11, 1999 (RAW) - Chyna won the Corporate Rumble by last eliminating Vince McMahon after McMahon was distracted by Steve Austin at ringside; order of entry: Ken Shamrock (eliminated himself while brutally attacking Gunn on the floor), Billy Gunn (eliminated by Test via a hiptoss), the Big Bossman (eliminated by McMahon as he attempted to dump out Triple H), Test (eliminated by Kane via choke throw after Test accidentally kicked Kane when Triple H ducked), X-Pac (eliminated by the Bossman), the Road Dogg (eliminated by Kane via clothesline), Kane (eliminated via Triple H / X-Pac double clothesline), Triple H (eliminated by McMahon along with Bossman), Vince McMahon (unscheduled participant; w/ Gerald Brisco & Pat Patterson), Chyna (unscheduled participant); due to prematch stipulations, Chyna won the #30 slot in the Royal Rumble match; Shane McMahon did guest commentary for the bout

February 13, 1999 (RAW) - Vince McMahon, WWF IC Champion Ken Shamrock, Test, Kane, Chyna, & the Big Bossman defeated Steve Austin in a gauntlet match; Austin defeated Shamrock via disqualification at 1:34; Austin defeated Test at 2:35 via disqualification; Austin defeated Kane at 4:17 via disqualification; Austin defeated Chyna at 4:30 via disqualification; Austin defeated Bossman at 5:26 via disqualification; McMahon pinned Austin at 6:45

 

February 14, 1999 (St. Valentine’s Day Massacre) - Steve Austin defeated Vince McMahon in a steel cage match at 7:52 after Paul Wight, who came up through the canvas, threw Austin into the cage - which swung open from the force - and Austin dropped to the floor for the win; Austin originally won the match after knocking McMahon from the top of the cage through the Spanish announce table - leaving McMahon unable to continue - but Austin argued that the match never officially began and he wasn't done with McMahon anyway; Austin put his world title shot at WrestleMania on the line to get the bout (Wight's surprise debut)

 

May 3, 1999 (RAW) - Vince McMahon pinned Shane McMahon with the Stunner, despite being beaten up backstage before the match by the Undertaker and Triple H

 

May 10, 1999 (RAW) - WWF World Champion Steve Austin, the Rock, & Vince McMahon defeated the Undertaker, Triple H (w/ Chyna), & Shane McMahon at 4:38 when Austin pinned Shane with the Stunner; moments earlier, Austin hit the Stunner on Shane and a dazed Vince made the cover, only for Austin to pull him off and hit a second Stunner on Shane before making the cover himself; Shawn Michaels was the guest referee for the bout

 

May 23, 1999 (HEAT before Over the Edge 1999) - Vince McMahon (sub. for WWF World Champion Steve Austin) fought Mideon to a no contest after a matter of seconds when Vince and Shane began fighting, with Vince being beaten down by the Corporate Ministry and eventually sustaining a chair shot to the ankle from Mideon as Vince's leg was laid on the steel ring steps; after the bout, Pat Patterson & Gerald Brisco helped Vince to his feet as the big screen showed that Steve Austin had arrived to the arena

 

May 31, 1999 (RAW) – Vince McMahon defeated WWF World Champion Undertaker via disqualification when Undertaker shoved the referee down; Pat Patterson & Gerald Brisco interfered; the champion easily beat them down

 

June 7, 1999 (RAW) - Vince McMahon (sub. for WWF IC Champion Jeff Jarrett) defeated Ken Shamrock in a Lion's Den match within a matter of seconds when Jarrett came up behind Shamrock, before McMahon let him in the cage, and hit Shamrock in the face with a steel chair, knocking Shamrock into the cage where Vince applied the ankle lock for the TKO win; had any Corporate Ministry member interfered in the bout, they would have been fired on the spot

 

June 21, 1999 (RAW) - Vince & Shane McMahon fought Pat Patterson & Gerald Brisco to a no contest when Ken Shamrock tried to get at the McMahons while the Mean Street Posse attacked Patterson & Brisco

 

June 27, 1999 (King of the Ring 1999) - Vince & Shane McMahon defeated Steve Austin in a ladder match at 17:11 when Shane grabbed the briefcase after pushing both Austin and his father off; prior to the bout, Vince introduced Steve Blackman as Shane's replacement but moments later GTV showed Shane and the Mean Street Posse backstage, gloating over convincing Shawn Michaels that Shane was unable to compete; moments later, Michaels forced Shane to wrestle and ordered Blackman backstage and if either man refused the order he would disqualify Vince and award the match to Austin then and there; Austin had the match won moments earlier but the cord that attached to the briefcase was raised, taking it out of arm's reach until it was later lowered for the McMahons; due to pre-match stipulations, Vince & Shane won 100% control of the WWF

 

September 16, 1999 (Smackdown!) - Vince McMaahon pinned WWF World Champion Triple H to win the title in an impromptu match at 8:53 after Steve Austin interfered, hit the Stunner on Chyna, and the champion, and laid McMahon on top for the win; prior to the decision, there was interference from Linda McMahon, Chyna, Gerald Brisco, and Pat Patterson; Shane McMahon was the guest referee for the bout

 

December 12, 1999 (Armageddon 1999) - Triple H pinned Vince McMahon in a no hollds barred match at 29:45 by placing one foot on Vince's chest after Vince pushed his daughter Stephanie, who sat ringside for the match, out of the way and received a sledgehammer blow to the midsection and face; early in the contest, Mankind came ringside with a shopping cart full of weapons for Vince to use; after the contest, Triple H attempted to use the sledgehammer on Stephanie as she tended to her father but then put the weapon down as he and Stephanie embraced, revealing that their feud was a ruse all along; due to pre-match stipulations, Triple H earned a world title shot; had Vince won, the marriage between Triple H and Stephanie would have become null and void

March 27, 2000 (RAW) - The Rock & Vince McMahon defeated the Big Show & Shane McMahon at 11:10 when Rock pinned Shane with the Rock Bottom, moments after Vince knocked guest referee Triple H out of the ring and the second guest referee Mick Foley sent Show out of the ring

June 12, 2000 (RAW) - Vince & Shane McMahon defeated the Dudley Boyz in a tables match at 5:39 after DX interfered

June 20, 2000 (Smackdown!) - WWF World Champion Triple H, Shane, & Vince McMahon defeated the Rock, Kane, & the Undertaker at 4:56 in a handicap match after Rock, Kane, & Taker fought off X-Pac, Road Dogg, Albert, Bull Buchanan, Edge, Christian, Kurt Angle, Test, & Val Venis

June 25, 2000 (King of the Ring 2000) - The Rock, the Undertaker, & Kane defeated WWF World Champion Triple H (w/ WWF Women's Champion Stephanie McMahon), Vince & Shane McMahon at 17:55 when Rock pinned Vince with the Rock Bottom as Vince ran the ropes in hopes of hitting his own People's Elbow; late in the bout, Kane prevented the Rock from hitting the People's Elbow on Vince and hit a chokeslam on him, then hitting the tombstone on Triple H before Taker pulled him out of the ring and hit him over the head with a steel chair; moments thereafter, Taker hit a chokeslam on Shane from the top rope through the ringside commentary table; due to pre-match stipulations that stated if a member of Triple H's team was pinned, the winner of the fall would win the title, the Rock became the new champion; had Triple H's team won, the winner of the KOTR would have received a world title shot at Fully Loaded

December 18, 2000 (RAW) - WWF World Champion Kurt Angle fought Vince McMahon to a no contest when Mick Foley attacked both; McMahon and Angle beat down Foley before Stephanie McMahon declared that since Linda McMahon was mentally unstable, Vince would immediately take over as CEO; upon hearing that, Vince fired Foley

February 26, 2001 (RAW) - Vince McMahon & Trish Stratus fought William Regal & Stephanie McMahon to a no contest when, as Vince and Stephanie were in the ring together, Vince grabbed the microphone, said he always gets what he wants, and dragged Trish into the ring where she was slapped by Stephanie and sustained a neckbreaker by Regal; after the bout, Stephanie soaked Trish with a mop drenched in fecal matter before Vince said Trish was nothing but a toy and he was done playing with her; McMahon then poured the remainder of the mop bucket onto Trish

April 1, 2001 (Wrestlemania X-Seven) - Shane McMahon pinned Vince McMahon (w/ Stephanie McMahon) in a street fight at 14:12 following the Van Terminator off the top rope into a trash can; late in the match, Trish Stratus came out, pushing a sedated Linda McMahon to ringside in a wheelchair, helped Vince up on the floor, and slapped him; moments later, Trish and Stephanie fought in and out of the ring resulting in Trish stalking Stephanie backstage; moments later, Vince dragged Linda into the ring and assaulted Shane with a number of trash cans until Linda sat up and hit a low blow on Vince, proving she was never sedated and it was a set up all along; moments later, guest referee Mick Foley assaulted Vince in the corner, allowing Shane to set Vince up for the finish

June 5, 2001 (Smackdown!) - WWF Tag Team Champions Chris Jericho & Chris Benoit defeated WWF World Champion Steve Austin & Vince McMahon when Benoit pinned Austin with a roll up and grabbing the tights for leverage after Austin knocked Jericho to the floor

October 29, 2001 (RAW) - Shane McMahon pinned Vince McMahon in a street fight following a Stunner from Steve Austin at 11:09; late in the contest, the match saw interference from Test, Booker T, the Undertaker, Kane, William Regal, the Rock, Chris Jericho, Steve Austin, and Kurt Angle; the ensuing brawl saw Angle attack his WWF teammates with a steel chair, thus officially joining the Alliance

December 3, 2001 (RAW) - WCW World Champion the Rock & WWF Women's Champion Trish Stratus defeated Kurt Angle & Vince McMahon when the Rock pinned Angle with the Rock Bottom after Steve Austin came ringside, attacked McMahon on the floor, and dropped Angle throat-first across the top rope; due to prematch stipulations, McMahon would be forced to kiss the Rock's ass on Smackdown! or Angle would be out of the main event at Vengeance

January 20, 2002 (Royal Rumble 2002) - Ric Flair defeated Vince McMahon in a street fight at 14:54 via submission with the figure-4 after hitting McMahon over the head with a lead pipe; Flair's children Reid and Megan were shown at ringside during the match; early in the bout, Vince stole Megan's camera to take a photo of a bloody Flair, with Flair later holding a bloody Vince and biting his head while Megan took a photo

March 28, 2002 (Smackdown!) - Kurt Angle & Vince McMahon defeated WWF World Champion Triple H & Ric Flair at 9:04 when McMahon pinned Flair after the Undertaker interfered and kicked Flair in the face as he attempted to apply the figure-4 (Flair's last Smackdown! appearance; Taker's last Smackdown! appearance for 5 months)

June 10, 2002 (RAW) - Vince McMahon pinned Ric Flair in a no holds barred match at 9:03 when Brock Lesnar interfered as Flair had the figure-4 applied, scared Arn Anderson from ringside (Arn was taunting Vince and urging him to submit), and hit the F5 on Flair; due to prematch stipulations, McMahon won ownership of the Raw brand and thus became the sole owner of the WWE; had Flair won, he would have earned McMahon's ownership of Smackdown! and become the sole owner of the WWE

March 30, 2003 (Wrestlemania XIX) - Hulk Hogan pinned Vince McMahon in a street fight at 20:49 with three leg drops after assaulting McMahon's referee Sylvan Grenier; mid-way through the bout, McMahon climbed a ladder on the floor and hit a leg drop on Hogan through the Spanish announce table; moments later, a man wearing all black entered the ring, quickly revealed himself to be Roddy Piper, kicked and spat on both men as they were down in the ring, and eventually hit Hogan in the head with a steel pipe before leaving the ring; after the bout, Shane McMahon came out to check on his father as Hogan played to the fans (Piper's surprise return after a 7 year absence; Shane McMahon's surprise return after more than a year)

July 27, 2003 (Vengeance 2003) - Vince McMahon pinned Zach Gowen at 14:22 after avoiding a moonsault

August 7, 2003 (Smackdown!) - Brock Lesnar fought Vince McMahon to a no contest in a steel cage match when Lesnar seemingly passed out in the ring, after being attacked backstage earlier in the evening; as McMahon argued with guest referee Kurt Angle, Lesnar rose to his feet and hit the F5 on Angle before it became clear that Lesnar's injury and bout with McMahon was just a setup for Angle

October 19, 2003 (No Mercy 2003) - Vince McMahon (w/ Sable) defeated Stephanie McMahon (w/ Linda McMahon) in an I Quit match when Linda threw in the towel as Vince was choking Stephanie with a pipe; due to prematch stipulations, Stephanie lost her GM role on Smackdown!; had Vince lost, he would have lost his CEO position in the WWE

November 16, 2003 (Survivor Series 2003) - Vince McMahon defeated the Undertaker in a Buried Alive Match at 11:58 when Kane attacked the Undertaker, knocked him into the grave, and allowed Vince to dump a massive amount of dirt into the grave via machinery at the gravesite

February 23, 2004 (RAW) - Vince McMahon fought Eric Bischoff to a no contest at the 3 minute mark when Brock Lesnar came out of the crowd and hit the F5 on special referee Steve Austin, while the participants battled on the floor (3:06)

March 6, 2006 (RAW) - Vince McMahon pinned Shawn Michaels at the 10-second mark; immediately after the contest (Shane McMahon (w/ Vince McMahon) pinned Shawn Michaels at 3:14 following a right hand punch after Michaels succumbed to the powder Stephanie McMahon put in his drink earlier in the show; after the bout, Shane told Lillian Garcia that Michaels had another match and it would be against Vince), the Spirit Squad came out and congratulated the McMahons by lifting them on their shoulders

March 27, 2006 (RAW) - WWE World Champion John Cena (w/ Shawn Michaels) defeated Vince McMahon (w/ Triple H) via disqualification in a non-title match at 3:24 after McMahon kicked Cena below the belt while caught in a knuckle lock; prior to the bout, McMahon ordered that both Michaels and Triple H be handcuffed to the ring ropes so they could not interfere; after the contest, Triple H was freed from the cuffs and assaulted and bloodied Cena with a sledgehammer as Michaels watched on; moments later, Michaels sustained a blow with the sledgehammer and a steel chair from McMahon

April 2, 2006 (Wrestlemania 22) - Shawn Michaels pinned Vince McMahon in a no holds barred match at 18:27 with the superkick, moments after an elbow drop off a ladder onto Vince, laid across a table in the ring with a garbage can on his head; the Spirit Squad interfered on behalf of McMahon during the early moments but were fought off by Michaels; mid-way through the match, Shane McMahon came ringside but was eventually handcuffed to the ring ropes by Michaels; after the bout, Vince gave Michaels the finger as he was carried backstage on a stretcher

April 30, 2006 (Backlash 2006) - Vince & Shane McMahon defeated Shawn Michaels and “God” in a tag-team (handicap) match at 19:57 when Vince scored the pin after the Spirit Squad interfered.

July 10, 2006 (RAW) - Eugene defeated Vince & Shane McMahon in a No DQ handicap match at 5:27 by pinning Vince with a roll up; the No DQ stipulation was not announced until the ring introductions; prior to the bout, the Spirit Squad came out to be in the McMahons corner and interfered throughout; late in the bout, as Shane attempted an elbow smash through Edge's commentary table, Shawn Michaels & Triple H came out on the stage, avoided McMahon's trap net, and distracted him long enough for Eugene to crawl back in the ring and get the win; earlier in the show, Vince & Shane gave Eugene a DX t-shirt backstage before dumping green paint on him and assaulting both he and, later in the broadcast, Jim Duggan

August 20, 2006 (Summerslam 2006) - Shawn Michaels & Triple H defeated Vince & Shane McMahon at 13:02 when Triple H pinned Vince with the Pedigree following the superkick from Michaels; before the match began, the McMahons had WWE US Champion Finlay, William Regal, Ken Kennedy, and ECW World Champion the Big Show attack DX in the ring, with Show dropping Triple H with a chokeslam through the ECW announce table; Umaga interfered at the 10-minute mark, dropping both Michaels and Triple H with the kick to the throat and thumb strike to the throat, respectively, but Kane came out moments later and battled him backstage; during the final moments of the match, Shane attempted the Van Terminator on Triple H but Michaels dropped him with the superkick as he was in mid air.

September 11, 2006 (RAW) - Vince McMahon pinned Triple H in a no holds barred match at 7:00 after hitting Triple H with his own sledgehammer after the outside interference of Shane McMahon, ECW World Champion the Big Show, and Shawn Michaels; prior to the bout, Lance Cade, Trevor Murdoch, Show, and Shane attacked DX backstage, during which Triple H had McMahon's limo door slammed against his head causing him to bleed from the ear.

September 17, 2006 (Unforgiven 2006) - Shawn Michaels & Triple H defeated ECW World Champion the Big Show, Vince & Shane McMahon in a Hell in a Cell match.

December 26, 1998 (House Show) - Vince McMahon beat Mankind in an arm wrestling match; the winner was to have gotten a kiss from Debra but, because Mankind was so pathetic, Vince let him get the kiss even though he lost

December 27, 1998 (House Show) - Vince McMahon defeated Mankind in an arm wrestling match with Sable acting as the special referee; the stipulation said that the winner would receive a kiss from Sable

January 12, 1999 (HEAT) - Chyna defeated Vince McMahon in an arm wrestling match when Gerald Brisco and Pat Patterson got into a shoving match and bumped into McMahon, causing him to lose; after the match, Chyna accepted a challenge from both Brisco and Patterson for Raw

June 10, 2003 (Smackdown!) - Vince McMahon defeated Zach Gowen in an arm wrestling match after Gowen became distracted by Sable flashing herself; due to prematch stipulations, Mr. America had to leave ringside prior to McMahon's arm wrestling match with Zach Gowen; after the arm wrestling contest, Vince sent Stephanie McMahon and Sable backstage as well.

June 10, 2003 (Smackdown!) - Vince McMahon defeated Zach Gowen in an arm wrestling match after kicking Gowen in his prosthetic leg; had Gowen won the match, he would have earned a WWE contract
