(Ag. 101) Intro to World Ag- Introduces students to global agriculture. This course also includes Ag. career development, leadership, communications, public speaking, and personal finance.

(Ag. 102) Applied Agriculture Science & Technology- This course includes soils, plants, animals, ag. construction, food science, leadership and supervised ag. experience programs.

(Ag. 241) Food Technology- A course concerning world food production; the processing, preparing, and packaging fo foods, government regulations regarding foods, meat and milk products identifications.

(Ag. 332) Animal Science- A course designed to develop knowledge and skills pertaining to nutrition, reproduction, health and management of domestic animals.

(Ag. 334) Equine Science- A course designed to develop knowledge and skills pertaining to selection, nutrition, reproduction, health and management of horses.

(Ag. 381) Wildlife & Recreation Management- A course designed to examine the importance of wildlife and recreational enterprises. The course deals with wildlife and fish identification, care of natural resources and career opportunities students are certified in hunter and boater education.

(Ag. 221) Introduction to Ag. Mechanics- Learning basics in tool identification, carpentry, electricity, plumbing, masonry, fencing, painting, and welding processes.

(Ag. 322) Agriculture Metal Fabrication- A course designed to develop skills in Arc Welding, MIG Welding, Oxy-Fuel Welding and cutting and specialized non-metallic fabrication techniques.
