Quarter

Danielle's 9-12 month period was our favorite quarter because she
was able to interact with us more this time. Here are some of
the highlights from this period:- started walking at 10 months - favorite
food: anything with rice; favorite Gerber
food: peaches, carrot dices - favorite word: “daddy” (which isn’t
fair for moms)
Danielle’s first year is
over. The first year was an incredibly exhausting and demanding
period for mommy and daddy but it was EXTREMELY REWARDING as
well.

3rd Quarter
|
Danielle achieved a number of the
developmental milestones these last 3 months. She was
literally just all over the floor most of the time (she crawled,
cruised and even stood by herself for a few seconds). Her
much-awaited first tooth also came at 8 months. Danielle
also started attending Gymboree play classes with mommy. In class,
she's so thrilled to be with so many babies. This space is not
enough to tell you all the funny Danielle stories we
have. There were also some stressful moments especially when
we were thick into the | weaning process. Overall, Danielle has been a
darling. We can't wait for her first birthday but a few times we do
reminisce the moments when she was still much more a baby. Enjoy her
pictures and you be the judge as to who she looks more like this
time!
2nd Quarter
|
It's true, babies do grow up so
fast! These next months for Danielle were filled with so much
curiousity and exploration (translation: Daddy and Mommy ran out of
energy!). Highlights: almost everyone said Danielle still
looks more like Daddy; Danielle still continued to nurse
exclusively; she still has very little hair; no teeth yet; she
started eating solid foods at 5 mos. and she's been eating well too.

1st Quarter
|
Danielle spent half
of this time in the Philippines where she was born, the other
half she spent in Arizona. Highlights: everyone said
Danielle looks like her Daddy (except for her eyes); Danielle
started sleeping through the night at 2 1/2 mos. and this made
life much easier for Daddy and Mommy.
