Josephine’s Cranberry Jello Salad

 

2 boxes red Jello (Diet is OK)    2 cups boiling water          

1 can cranberry sauce                2 – 4 stalks chopped celery

1 cup chopped walnuts                1 can drained mandarin oranges

 

 

Preparation:

Chop celery and walnuts. Set aside. Drain mandarin oranges and set aside. Bring water to a boil and pour into a bowl with Jello, dissolve completely. With a knife, cut cranberry sauce into small strips and pour into Jello mixture.  Add remaining ingredients to Jello mixture and mix well. Pour into oblong cake pan and refrigerate until set.

 

Serves 8 – 10    ENJOY!!!
