KILLER MEATBALLS

 

1 egg

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 tbsp horseradish

1cup water chestnuts, drained and grated

1 lb ground chuck

 

Combine egg & water, beat and add breadcrumbs. Let sit

awhile.  Add horseradish, water chestnuts & beef. Make

into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

 

SAUCE

 

2/3 cup Apricot-Pineapple preserves

1 clove minced garlic

1/2 cup soy sauce

2/3 cup water

1 tbsp lemon juice

 

Bring to a boil and add to meatballs.

 

If these aren't the greatest meatballs you ever

tasted, you didn't do it right.
