PRETZEL SALAD
1 cup
crushed pretzels
1 stick
melted butter
1/3 cup
sugar
1 – 20
oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 – 8 oz.
pkg. cream cheese, softened
½ cup
sugar
8 oz.
Cool Whip
Mix the
first three ingredients. Spread on cookie sheet. Roast at 400 degrees for 6
minutes until light brown. Let cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar.
Add pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill. Fold in pretzels right before serving.
