Danielle's Civil War Story
								My Great-Grandfather Crawford was in the Civil War, and was a confederate soldier, He lived in North Carolina.  He was born in 1843.  He was only nineteen or twenty when he went in the war.       He was injured in The Battle of Chanselorsville by getting shot in the shoulder.  He was in the hospital in Manassas Virginia. Great- Grandfather Crawford was in the hospital for nine months, almost a year!  "Don't worry about him, he won't live through the night." Said the doctors.  They thought he wouldn't make it,  but he made it through the night.  After he got out of the hospital He walked from Manassas to Franklin, his home.
