Veggie Stroganoff
Ingredients:

3 cloves Garlic
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs Flour
1 cp Sour Cream
12oz Egg Noodles (prepared)
1 large Onion (chopped)
1lbs Mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 cp White Wine (optional)
1/4 tsp Nutmeg

1) Sauge Garlic & Onions in Olive Oil.  Add Mushrooms and simmer 10 minutes.  Remove from pan & set aside.

2) Whisk Wine, Sour Cream & Flour into remaining broth.   Cook to thicken and add Nutmeg & cooked veggies.  Heat through.

3) Serve over cooked Noodles.
