White Chili
Ingredients:

3lbs Great Northern Beans
2lbs Chicken (cooked & cut into small pieces)
1 tsp Oil
4 cloves Garlic
2 medium Onions (chopped)
2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Cloves
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Oregano
2 4oz cns Chopped Green Chilies
4 cp Broth (veggie or chicken)
20oz Monteray Jack Cheese (grated)
Sour Cream

1) In a large pot saute Garlic, Green Chilies and Onions until translucent.

2) Add Broth.  Bring to boil.

3) Add Chicken, Beans & Spices.  Bring to boil again.

4) Reduce heat to low, add Monteray Jack Cheese, small amounts at a time.  Stir until cheese appears evenly melted.  Let simmer on low about 20 minutes.

Enjoy!!  This is Great served right on top of warm Corn Bread.  The two flavors of salty & sweet is a wonderful cold day treat.

** Omit the Chicken - add a bit more of the beans & this can be a Vegetarian Dish **
