| Duke ran a mob on Puckworld known as "The Brotherhood of the Blade" where a self-serving crook named Falcone was his second-in-command. When the Saurians attacked Puckworld, Falcone went to serve Dragaunus because he was in power, while Duke stood up for what he knew was right and joined the Resistance. The Saurian Strike made Duke realize that there are worse things than oppressive laws, and he made a vow to go straight for good. Duke worked alongside Canard to help build the Resistance, and later rescued Wildwing from one of Dragaunus? execution devices. They became two of his closest friends, along with the rest of the team. When Canard sacrificed himself for the team, Duke was as distraught as Wildwing, but he also had confidence that Wildwing would make a good leader. A year after he came to Anaheim with his friends, Duke met and fell madly in love with Lizzy. He continues to fight not only Dragaunus, but every evil he meets, honoring the vow he made back on Puckworld. | |||||||||||||||||||
