Any Distance Education course will require you to be more responsible for your learning experience than traditional classes. This "Active Learning" mode is even more important in an Internet class. You must be very much "pro-active" in doing your reading and assignments, in asking questions when you have problems, and keeping up with the deadlines that have been established for the course.

The course is structured into four parts: (1) Introduction and Foundations to Organizational Behavior, (2) Motivations, (3) Leadership, and (4) The Future. Within each part you will several Modules that will introduce a major concept(s), will list objectives and will include study notes and assignments. At the end of each Part you will have a "time sensitive" Quiz. In addition to the Quizzes, an individual special topics project and a final project (read Final Take Home Test).
