1. The Germans are really into exercise. They walk or ride bikes everywhere and want fresh air so windows are kept wide open even when it is cold outside.
.......But many Germans smoke.
2. The Germans love nature. Sunday is the day to walk in the woods.
.......But there is graffiti everywhere you look.
3. The Germans are really into homopathic medicne, natural cures and organic foods (called BIO in Germany).
.......But they would rather drink beer and wine than water (it's cheaper than water too!)
4. The Germans love flowers and trees in thier yards and take very good care of them.
.......But their lawns are mostly weeds.
5. The Germans are particular about always having clean windows to see outside. You are even judged by how clean your windows are.
.......But there are weeds growing out between almost everybodies sidewalks and driveways.
6. The German wines and beers are fantastic.
.......But don't order a mixed drink, you'll be sorry.
7. Nothing is open on Sunday in Germany.
.........But they vote on Sunday.
8. I have heard a great deal about about recycling and how to do it properly since I have come to Germany.
........But the only people I have met so far who don't recycle are German.
9. The Germans are really into organic foods (called Bio here)
........But you will rarely if ever find a non-smoking section in a restaurant.
10. There are plenty of health foods here,
........But many of them contain or are covered with Chocolate.
