Alone at Last

Are we alone at last
together, eternally in our love
Has time begun to stand still
to give us a chance,
to share a lifetime of fond memories
of forgotten hidden joys,'
We've become part of each other
as spirits we are one.
The fate of time has beckoned us.
Yes, for now we've but begun.

As Rushing Waters Run

Waters run softly now across
the many miles, traveling on
a journey never to return again.
I Listen to there flowing course
trying to unwind.

Contemplating their travels,
as they flow through my mind.
I wonder where they've been
and where they are heading to.
Has there course been easy or
just as rough as mine.
I watch as the sun begins to set
the sky begins to glow.
My heart goes out of me to
float with the stream
heading out to sea.

Beyond All Reason

Sometimes things happen in life that have
no true reason or rhyme
they happen when we least  expected,
as we happen by chance to meet
We question how things can be this way,
not sure if it's for real.
Things like this don't happen to people
like me and you.
We wonder if these feelings can
be true, or is it just to crazy
to say that " I LOVE YOU! "
Well I've thought about it often
through out the past few days.
The conclusion that I've come too.
Is that it's happened like it has,
because we need each other.
to heal the wounds of time.
To love each other truly, to the ends of time.

Blank Pages

Blank pages are hard to read
as are some people at talking
people have to comprehend words
if they are to be interesting.

The human  brain is a fascinating organ
It helps are personality change
Plain words with no meanings
are like turning blank pages

Stimulating conversation
and a few dramatic sighs
are what most people need
to help the worst days go by.

People are different
in each and everyway
Interesting people charm others
as dull people chase them away.

If It's Life....

If it's life thats so enjoyable
then why is there so much pain
If It's Love that's so wonderful
then why is there so much shame
If it's fun and laughter we all
Love to dream about
then maybe it's time to think about
the things we all love to
dream about, and take a chance
to see what  a real  joy
that life can be. Bringing laugher
into our world.
