It is with sadness that I inform you that John Sullivan passed away on Saturday, Aug. 25. His 81st birthday was Friday. Funeral arrangements are unknown at this time. Details will be printed in the Toronto Star on Monday or Tuesday. The Milton District High School staff and community, his family and his many, many friends will fondly remember him. He was an outstanding mathematics leader. He always wanted to learn more. He continued to do mathematics contest problems - when he was not watching the Blue Jays or the Toronto Maple Leafs, two teams that he always supported. Dean A. Murray '74-'04
