CIVIL COMPLAINT
For
six years I struggled to obtain an attorney but ran in to deliberate and overwhelming
obstacles that could only be defined as conspired cover up. Lack of financial
resources, as I was defrauded with my Medical License, was also one of the
reasons for long delay. In
May 2003, I explained the consequences and ongoing harm to EEOC to obtain the
Right to Sue letter. I still did not have an attorney and so I filed the lawsuit
by myself (pro se) within the given 90 days period, with help and research
from various legal sites and main US
Courts site. Federal
court was chosen to keep the lawsuit in Los Angeles area, my current
residence. However, it was transferred to Newark, NJ before even I serve the
summons.
