Unfortunately, if you are not a Canadian citizen, it
is extremely difficult to enter into a Canadian medical school.
The problem is that medical students are very heavily
subsidized by the Canadian government, and therefore
by Canadian taxpayers. As a result, most schools
require that you be a Canadian citizen in order to
apply. My web-page has links to the Canadian medical
schools where you can check their admissions requirements.
To answer your other questions, most North American
medical schools require that you write the MCAT, the
Medical College Admissions Test. This exam tests your
knowledge in Physics, Inorganic and Organic Chemistry,
Biology/Biochemistry, and English.
