• Advent of the Avatar Storms.

2001 MAY - 2002 APRIL

• The Traditions and Technocracy are in a disarray. Communications between various groups falter and some disappear altogether.
• Some Chi'n Ta note that the Danag and Mandurugo population seems to have been greatly reduced.

2002 APRIL

• Some Chi'n Ta note the arrival of a powerful Mandurugo. Said Mandurugo supposedly settles somewhere north of Manila.

2002 SEPTEMBER 20

• A small group of Chi'n Ta are called together by an Orphan who went by the name of Dr. Marco Santos for the purpose of setting up a resource-sharing network.
• Meeting breaks up with promises to keep in touch and share resources.

2002 OCTOBER

• Dr. Marco Santos mysteriously disappears. The informal network falters, but communication between several members continue.

2002 DECEMBER

• News reaches the Philippines that Councilors have been elected in several countries as a stand-in for the Council of Primii.
• Some local Chi'n Ta meet and discuss leadership options for the Philippines. The meeting breaks up without anything being resolved.

2003 JANUARY

• A new Chantry is founded in Manila by a Chorister, Rev. Fr. Dave Barreto, and a Dreamspeaker, Joseph Kiling. Only a few Chi'n Ta opt to join, but some opt to keep in touch.
