| Montessori Garden House is a Christ centered, non-denominational and nonprofit, children's community, committed to applying the philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori. We incourage independent and active learning; fostering in each child, spontaneous self-development. In Montessori Garden House, children will build life skills such as coordination, independence, order, and confidence to explore. This warm and comfortable prepared environment cultivates a deep love of learning and respect for God, self, others, and the earth. By joining together with our children as they begin their life journey, we help to nurture the whole child meeting academic, physical, social, and spiritual needs. | Offering daily care (Monday through Friday, from 12:15 to 5:15 PM), Montessori trained, Christian teacher, Amy Beasley, will work with 3, 4, and 5 year old children in her Greenwood home. Each day, children will build life skills such as concentration, coordination, order, independence, and confidence to explore. Studies will include: Practical Life (including social skills, gardening, cooking, sewing, and carpentry), Sensorial, Language, Bible, Math, Geography, and Art. Lunch and nutritious snacks will be provided. Open House will be held on January 6th; classes will begin on January 8th. Enroll today! |
