Unmasking the idea factory's latest plush parody, co-founder Lance Kushner said "With Farce Wars Meanies we could not resist the opportunity to mock the craze, cottage industries and excessive behavior that has taken over the country for the most anticipated prequel of all time. With the announement of the Farce Wars Meanies, along with 3 series of regular Meanies, Infamous Meanies, Star Trek, Spice Girls and WCW wrestling beans; fans of the idea factory should not be yearning for new products for quite some time. I'm sure all the members and participants in the original Meanies fan club will not rest until they have each and every one of these new releases. One of its members, Roadkill Kat, was quoted as saying "I can see the movie on the weekend. But I think I will like the Meanies best anyway!" this is the general consensus of all the members of the fan club.
The organizers of this club have done an excellent job of bringing fans of Meanies together in a single organized forum offering such things as chats with one of the founders of the Meanies, Lance Kushner including posting archives of the chat on their web site. They offer pictures that members have submitted of Meanies in compromising positions, games, a mailing list, and even a complete list of every Meanie ever made, including pictures, poems, style numbers, and termination status.
