While our loved ones who have crossed over are always with us, there may be times when you crave contact that is a little more substantial than the subtle hints we receive every day. Some people are open enough to converse freely with those who have crossed over and some need a little help to get into that mental state. This meditation may help. Blackberries have the abilities to act as a catalyst to boost your mind when you're "stuck" If you're feeling stuck mentally, or you feel that there's some sort of door or blockage in your mind that you can't get past, blackberries could help. If you don't eat them before your meditation, you can still "consume" them in the meditative state. Before you do this meditation, be sure to cleanse the area with incense if you use it, and white light to remove any residual negative energies and protect you during the meditation. You may also want to ask your spirit guides to help protect you and "screen" who comes to talk with you so you don't end up visiting with an energy that is not welcome. Enter your meditatiive state. In meditation, walk through a grassy meadow, taking your time to soak in the scenery, until you come to a huge tree with a beautiful canopy of leaves. Sit under the tree with your blackberry. Pop it into your mouth and as you savor it. See and feel it releasing it's energies into you. As you swallow it, you swallow the positivity, the mental cleansing that it provides. Your body aborbs this and aids your mind in clairty and helps it get "unstuck," feel less muddled, etc. While you're observing these changes in your body, the person you seek will approach you and sit next to you, on your right, under the tree. Tell this energy why you have requested the visit. This is your time to converse, ask for advice, etc. When you're through, the energy may respond to you in words, may hug you, may just quietly acknowledge your words. No matter what the response, thank that energy for answering your call this day. The energy will "get up" and walk away. Stand up (in the meditation) and take ten paces with the intention of waking from the meditation fully aware, counting back ward from 10 to 1. When you reach 1, you will be awake. |
