COURSE DESCRIPTION The Agriscience I course is designed to give the students an introduction to the world of agriculture. Students will be educated on many varieties of agriculture and how it plays na important part of everyone's life. Upon competion of this course, students will be able to understand and apply basic knowledge, and concepts of Animal Science, Ag Power and Technology, Record Keeping, Public Speaking, nad Leadership. It will also enable students to have the opportunity to compete in activities through FFA.

GRADING
Each section will have a test worth one hundred points. The daily assignments and homework will be worth half of your grade.
Grading Summary
10 TESTS worth 100 points each = 1,000 points Daily Assignment and Homework = 1,000 points
Example- 50 daily assignments and homework worth 100 points an assignment. I would that the percentage of points 5,000 and that would be your daily grade. (This is just an example not necessarily will be conducted.)
1st 9 Weeks Grade = 45% 2nd 9 Weeks Grade= 45% Semester Test = 10% 3rd 9 Weeks Grade = 45% 4th 9 Weeks Grade = 45% Semester Test = 10%
