This course is designed to introduce students to the world of Animal Science.  Upon completing this course, students will be able to understand and apply the basic concepts of Animal Science and Biology.  It will give students the opportunity to compete in activities through the FFA, earn high school science credit, and possibly receive advanced standing college credit with cooperating higher education institutions.

Grading Policy
The course will follow the school grading policy.
90-100        A
80-89          B
70-79          C
60-69          D
below 60    F

Exams & Worksheets = 50%
Outside Work & Participation = 20%
Nine Weeks Test = 15%
Semester Test = 15%
