MEDFORD SCHOOL FARM CHECKLIST

1. Shed and pens have been cleaned out.
2. Any holes in the pens flooring have been re-filled.
3. Water tanks have been emptied and placed upside down in the pen.
4. All feed pans have been cleaned and returned to the Ag. Building.  (If the individual owns the feed pans, they must be removed from the school farm.)
5. All equipment belonging to the Medford FFA Chapter is returned to Mr. Rogers.
6. All equipment owned by the individual is removed from the school farm.
7. Any needed repairs to the pens or buildings are reported to Mr. Rogers immediately.
8. All trash is pickup and area is clean.
9. All gates are shut.
10. Mr. Rogers must sign and complete this checklist once animals leave the school farm in order to permit the use of the premises next year.



*Failure to keep the school farm in good standings and complete the ending checklist will terminate your right to use the school farm in the future.*
