| If to be included in the AVP, Client will be submitting company information to MMI - basic corporate profile, mission/vision, core values, history, company logo, rundown of products and services, founders, management, accomplishments, etc. This package can also include in the AVP available media materials from the Client such as photos of products/services and outlets/branches, video of past corporate events, etc. |

| MONSTER AVP DESIGN |
| MediaMonsters, Inc will arrange the materials into an audio-visual presentation based on Client objectives and on the approved design. Background music and accompaniment will be included. |
