MEDINA SENIORNET
STUDENT INFORMATION
The following information is to be passed out at the first class session of each class.
PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING CLASS RULES:
1. No food or drinks are allowed anywhere near the computers!  Accidental spills can cause harm to the equipment.
2. Turn off all cell phones before the class starts.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Medina Schools are closed due to inclement weather, our classes will also be cancelled.  Make-up classes will be scheduled for a later date.
CLASS STARTING TIME
Classes will begin promptly at the scheduled starting time.  A 5-10 minute break may be given at about the mid-way point during the class.  It is up to the class and the instructor whether or not a break will be taken.
MISSED CLASSES
If you will be missing a class, you can make arrangements with your instructor to obtain the class lesson plan for the missed class.  You can then sign-up for the open lab at which time the lab monitor will help you make up the lesson.
LAB TIME
Open lab time is available to all students.  There will be a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board in the classroom.  Please take advantage of this extra practice time--especially if you do not have a computer at home.  If you sign up and find that you cannot attend, please call (330) 666-8138 and ask to have your name taken off the list.  That will allow someone else to come and use the computers to practice.  There will always be a lab monitor present to assist you, if you sign up for the open lab.
As long as you are a member of SeniorNet, you can keep coming back to use the computers during lab time.  (After your course is over, you can keep coming back to practice, etc.)
CLASS FEES
All class fees and SeniorNet fees are non-refundable.  If you need to drop out unexpectedly, please contact Gerald or Marilyn Woodling, at 330-666-8138.  You will be able to re-enroll at a later time.
