Dangers of Deep Meditation in Detail

Read the disclaimer on the "A possible cure to IBS" page.

I will attempt to explain the danger of meditation in more detail in this paragraph:
Some people try concentrating on something deeply, unaware of the effects of concentration on the brain's functioning - Eventually this becomes a problem for them. Yet others who venture into meditation attempt to realize the forces of life that influence everyone - both the good and the bad, the internal and external. People also influence the forces of life all the time (I call it life forces for lack of a better explanation). However, most people (99.99%) are not in control of the forces of life or have experimented too little with the life forces to be of any kind of serious problem to themselves or others and therefore they live their lives quite happily unaware of these forces. Ahhh! Ignorance is bliss. Those who start this type of meditation open their minds to the life forces, but often (99%) do not open their minds to the real problem. The real problem is internal and only internal. They externalize the problem and so become the victim of all those people who are happily unaware of what influences the life forces have on them or what influences they have on the life forces. So, these meditationists tend to become violent. When they become violent they destroy the internal setup that is necessary to solve the internal problems. Hence, the reason for monks to be such non-violent, detached and solitude seeking people. Meditation that most people practice that is safe is to think peaceful thoughts on a wide variety of subjects (esp. nature and fresh air and getaway vacations). This allows their brain to "exercise" and restore natural balances to brain wave patterns. In addition, the stress relief technique I've created on this page, is extremely powerful in helping the brain function properly - It is designed to help you exercise control over your brain's normal functioning. Combined with safe meditation, some people also practice proper breathing techniques which increases relaxation of the body.
