Megaman: The one who started it all. His name is Rockman in Japan but here we call him Megaman. When he was a kid he signed up to an experiment to become a robot. He was picked, and Dr.Light made him a robot...it was a very dangerous operation, but he it was successful. Now, Megaman lives with Dr.Light and Roll. Megaman also has a robot dog that Dr.Light created named Rush, who helps him by either flying him to places, scaring enemies, finding items in the ground, turning into a submrine etc. It's Megaman's job to stop robots who want to destroy human beings, i.e. stop the madman Dr.Wily. Megaman is one of the few robots ever to exist to get along with humans, and not want to destroy them.

Megaman X: In the year 21xx, Sigma became a Maverick, and Zero became a Maverick Hunter. (They switched spots). This is where X was found. He becomes best friends with Zero, who he looks up to. X is really just an upgraded version of the original, and X could get many enhancements as well (see below).
