I am here to teach anyone who is related to Goku, the Kamehameha. As your PL gets higher, you will be able to multiply your attack. Example if your a super saiyan 4 you will be able to do a 100x kamehameha!!! So how about it? Want me to teach you for a mere $100? It is worth it. Also, I think Dr.Light made an upgrade for even robots to use the kamehameha, but in a different style.
