Name: Static
Code Name: Sylvia... with varying last names.
Mission Code Name: N/A
Age: Mid-twenties in mental attitude and physical appearance (when in kat form), has been in existence for 2 months
Character Species: Kat
Gender: Female
Height: 5'4"
Status: N/A
Physical Description and Characteristics: Violet eyes gleam mischievously out of a coal black face.
Otherwise, Static has no distinguishing marks, her fur being a uniform black. He hair is shoulder length
and usually in a wild tangle that somehow manages to look stylish.
Personality-wise, Static is... erratic at best. She was born without free will, and, since gaining it, has struggled
to discern what to do with it. She is, for the moment, neither good nor evil, but on her own side. The side of
keeping herself alive. But, she does seem to have some concern for her fellow CyberDemons and Lt. Clawson, the
she-kat she credits for helping her find her soul. Otherwise, Static seems to busy herself with being a horrible flirt
and anything male will do for being the victim of her sweet-talk and oh-so-innocent face. She's fairly harmless about
it, usually tossing sweet smiles and sudden kisses before vanishing. Although she would seem to have a particular fondness
for Matrix... much to his chagrin.
Special Relationships: "Daughter" to Captain Jessie Clawson. And, does amorously pursuing Matrix count?
Past History: Created as yet another generic member of Dark Kat's "CyberDemons," Static was one of those Dark
Kat hoped would be the cure for Sypher's turning traitor. She and her kind were created without an ounce of free will
and precious little thinking ability. Their orders were simple: Destroy Sypher on sight. Merge with any enemy kat and
control them. Static found Lt. Clawson and merged with her. It wasn't as easy as Dark Kat had made it sound, especially
not since the Lt had been prepared and coached in what to do by Sypher. During the fight, something inside Static
snapped, and, like Sypher before her, she "woke up" - no longer a programmed automaton, but a living soul.
Some time after "waking up," Static formed an alliance with Hard Drive, helping him steal computer files and enjoying half
the profits so she could explore how the higher end of normal society treats itself. As her criminal activity was more or
less unknown (and as Sypher and Matrix tended to track her and dissuade her from more important files like weapons
schematics), Static managed to frequent the MBI, either bored or just hoping to get another chance at stalking that most
elusive Matrix.
Present History: Of late, Static has deepened her relationship with the now-Captain Clawson, their relationship
becoming more like that shared by Jake Clawson and Sypher, a bit more like a parent and child. Though they do
make quite an unusual mother and daughter. Coupled with growing closer to her "mother" has come a good dose of
guilt. Static is a criminal while her mother's job is law enforcement. This dilemma came to a head for Static when Matrix
confronted her during a museum heist. And, Matrix' efforts ultimately led the deranged she-kat to one conclusion: Matrix
would like her if she gave up her criminal ways. That wasn't *exactly* what Trix meant... But, that, with Jessie's
approval, has kept Static in line... for now.

Static  is (c) and role-played by Kristen Sharpe.
