Physical Description and Characteristics: Blizzara is a short, average built, female Kat. Her whole body is covered in a light shade of blue. Her head fur is a royal blue that is about waist length and very straight. Her fringe covers one half of her face that hides a small ice-flake tattoo over her right eye; also both her bangs are bound with golden ribbons. Petruding from her head are a pair of silver horns that bend back down her head and curl up sharply at the end. She has a lizard like tail with 4 sharp spines on the end, which she uses for multiple attacks. Her eyes are a deep violet in colour and look as if they could pierce through your soul at will.
She dresses in a white, high-necked, sleeveless top that leaves her mid-free bear. Along with white, tight shorts and knee high, toeless boots. She also has a transparent shawl she drapes around her waist.
Blizzara is a very shy and timid she-kat. She will try and avoid you at all costs but if cornered, she attacks with all her might. She try's to avoid trouble, but being an Ice temptress, it is very hard not to freeze a few things as you walk past. She is easily conned into making friends and trusts them straight away that can be a downfall.

Abilities:
Blizzara will resist using these attacks unless she feels threatened.
* Ice beam: shoots an ice beam from her paws that freezes anything it touches.
* Ice touch: freezes anything she touches.
* Head butt: Rams you with her horns.
* Spines: swings her tail at you in a variety of moves.
* Double Ice beam: Makes a variety of objects out of ice from her paws, eg. Shield, sword, bridge.
Blizzara's only weakness is fire.

Special Relationships: None

Past History: Blizzara is a totally different breed compared to you average kat. No one really knows how she came 
about. Her parents were the only one's who understood her. She was born and raised on a continent far away from 
MegaKat City. An ice continent. The village thought that the child was too dangerous to keep around so they told her 
parents to either kill the child or leave the village, so they left. Her mother taught her schooling and helped her develop 
her 'gift'. The villagers were that outraged that they let the 'monster' live, they set out after Blizzara's family. At the age 
of 16, Blizzara watched in horror as her parents were murdered because they wouldn't tell them where she was. 
She hid in a cave until she was 19, surviving on ice alone. Then she ventured out towards the coast. She didn't freeze 
to death in the below 40 degree weather for obvious reasons ;) She made it to the coast and hitched a ride on a 
cargo boat (or rather stow-awayed). Sure enough, the cargo ship landed at a port in MegaKat City.

Present History: She thought by getting away from that continent, she'd be out of trouble. But since coming to MegaKat 
City, she suddenly realized how wrong she was...
