| "Legolas Riding Bareback" by Gwen Robson Finally, a more completed image of Legolas. This is also in my sketchbook. I used pencil, pen, and Prismacolor markers on this. (Yes, the coloring is marker.) Not too shabby with only 9 colors to work with. I actually really like this one. I like the anatomy of both Legolas and the horse. It looks a little bit "cartoony", shall we say, but I think that's what I like about it. The horse's tail bothers me most of all... I could have spent a little more time on that and the shadow beneath them, but hey, all in all it ain't too bad. Any thoughts? Tell me what you think. or Send me your art. |
