The Genie appears through a puff of silver and blue smoke (Dallas Cowboy colors! LOL:) and asks me what my one wish is (yeah it used to be three wishes but that's the economy for ya! LOL:))
I make my wish quickly! "Oh great
Genie, can you give me great looking abs,
so that my stomach will look awesome
in my I Dream Of Jeannie costume this Halloween??"
To which he replies "Girlfriend,
I am a Genie, not a miracle worker!"
(LOL! Great! I find the Genie with
the Attitude!:)
He then goes on to remind me that I like to work for what I get, and that's so true!!:), so I ask him for a great Ab Work Out video to use for my October Challenge instead!
And here's what he conjured up:
1.) I am using the Lotte Berk Method For Beginners - Hip Hugger Abs!. It is approx. 30 minutes long:) I ordered mine at Amazon.com, as I had not seen this specific video in stores locally.
2.) Starting Wednesday, October 1, and running until the end of October - I will do this video 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
3.) This time I am working towards earning Silver Aladdin's Lamp Charm Earrings! I had these specially made locally for me:) I will be wearing these with my Jeannie costume!:)

October 2, 2003: OMG this workout really calls for a lot
of stretching and hard to obtain positions! But, if it really works for
my abs, by the end of the month, then it will be worth it! LOL:)
