December's Manger Charm:)

Ok, being this is going to be a very busy month for us, with our Anniversary Cruise, Christmas shopping, decorating inside and outside of our home and all, so I am actually not scheduling an Exercise Challenge for myself this month!:)

I am going to stay On Program totally, always do - Holidays or not! - but I think with shore tours, mall walking and ladder climbing (to string lights and decorations) - I will be getting more than enough exercise this month without adding any work out videos to the mix! LOL:) I will still be running three days a week though, as I love that, but even my Belly Dancing Class Teachers are taking a break and are resuming classes after the Holiday Season:)


Now, this does not mean that I am not going to be earning a new silver charm for my bracelet this month!:) I am going to place a silver Manger charm on my bracelet on Christmas Day:) It will remind me to concentrate on the real meaning of Christmas - that being the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ - and not to make food the center of it all. Here is the silver Manger charm I will be adding that morning:


Remember, this program is an entrie lifestyle change, not a fad diet that you come off during the Holidays, so plan your meals and activities ahead of time!:)
