While working on June's Challenge page, it dawned on me that I also know exactly what Challenge I will be doing in July as well, so I thought I might as well get this page up ahead of time:) That way, if anyone wants to join me in this Challenge, they will have time to find the video / dvd they need, as it was a hard one to find! It's called Jamaica Me S'wet and it's a 45 minute work out to a tropical beat!:)
1.) I am using the Jamaica Me S'wet dvd that my hubby found for me at Fry's Electronics! (It was under ten dollars.)
2.) Starting Tuesday, July 1st and
running until the end of July - do your Jamaica
Me S'wet work out
every
week day through out that month. Weekends are for what ever other activities
you'd like.
(if you can't
do it every week day, then just do it as many times a week as you can,
that's ok!)
3.) This time I am working towards earning a Jamaican Charm! This charm (pictured below) made me smile and it kind of looks like a guy putting out a tropical beat, so I thought it was the best one to go with!:)
4.) If you are getting the charm,
please remember it does not go on your bracelet, necklace, etc., until
the end
of July, after the Challenge has been completed! :)
5.) Someone will post a thread the
start of each week in July for check in on the Newbie Board and
on the
Challenge Central Board. Let everyone know how you are doing then!:)
6.) Jamaica Me S'wet is a high impact 45 minute work out which gives you 3 Activity Points!!:)
Please feel free to join this fun
challenge even if you can't do the video five days a week. We'd love to
have you!:) Most of all though everyone - have FUN with it!!:)))

Update: This work out is NOT for everyone. If you are young, enjoy the club dance scene and can do most, if not all, of these fast paced dance moves, then this is for you.
This moves extremly fast and the movements are almost impossible to get down. I could not keep up with it and I found myself substituting another 45 minute work out in place of this one more days than not.
Therefore, I have put my Charm for this challenge on hold until the end of August and I will use my Belly Dancing Level 2 Classes, at the local college, to earn this charm instead of this video. :)
