August's Grab Bag Charm Challenge!

Being I have been doing monthly exercise challenges since February of this year, I have found some work out videos that quickly became my favorites, so for August I decided to do a Grab Bag Challenge!


Rules and other info:

1.) I am using equal sized pieces of paper and I am writing the name of one of my favorite work out videos or dvd's on each one. These pieces of paper will then go in to the Grab Bag. These videos are:

2.) Starting Friday, August 1st and running until the end of August - I will pull one slip of paper out of the Grab Bag each morning and I will do the work out that is written on that piece of paper! Then that slip gets set aside and the next day I will pull out another piece of paper, and so on, until the end of the week. After completing each Friday's work out, the pieces of paper will all go back in to the Grab Bag and get mixed up once more, for use the following week! I won't know from day to day what work out I will be doing!!:)))

3.) This time I am working towards earning a Silver Grab Bag Charm! Thought it was perfect charm to earn for this challenge!:)

Please feel free to join this fun challenge even if you can't do the same videos. Use a mixture of what ever videos you like!:) Most of all though everyone - have FUN with it!!:)))

My Challenge rules are the same as last month's - I must exercise every week day through out the month of August in order to earn this charm being placed on to my charm bracelet!:) Weekends are for general activities, like bowling, walking, wall climbing, etc. Check back often as this page will be updated daily!:)

August 1: I asked hubby to pick a piece of paper out of the grab bag, to start my Challenge off this morning, and it turned out to be the Walk Away The Pound 3 Mile video!! LOL:)) Oh well, so hardest one will be out of the way today! LOL:) Of course, it goes back in the bag tonight for next week's picks!!:)
