Ok, I know some of you are asking
yourself what kind of exercise a "Camel" is,
to earn a silver Camel Charm for
this challenge, right? LOL:) Let me explain:)
One of the Undulations, taught in
the belly dancing classes I attend, is called a "Camel."
It's where you move your rib cage
and abdomen up, over and back in to yourself. It's hard for me to explain
it in words but it looks so cool when you see the professional Belly Dancers
do it!:)
So, since I need to work on mine, I thought what better charm to earn than a silver Camel:)))
1.) I am using Amira Mor's Belly Dance Your Way To Fitness DVD. It is approx. 45 minutes long:) I orded mine at Shira.net, as I had not seen this specific video in stores locally.
2.) Starting Monday, Sept. 1, and running until the end of September - I will do this video 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
3.) This time I am working towards earning a Silver Camel Charm! I am buying this charm locally, from Dixie's Outlet, here in Texas:)

My Challenge rules are the same as last month's - I must exercise every week day through out the month of September in order to earn this charm being placed on to my charm bracelet!:) Weekends are for general activities, like bowling, walking, wall climbing, etc. Check back often as this page will be updated daily!:)

September 30, 2003: Ok, this video I really liked a lot!:) Clear instructions given, different angles of moves are shown, and it really helped me to work areas that I needed to work on during the week and inbetween my classes!:)
