*** Note: Even though the scale showed 1 1/2 pounds up after our November 7 Day Cruise,
I did return home to find that most of my clothes (which fit me before the Cruise) are TOO
BIG on me now!! Woo-Hoo!!! So scale numbers may reflect muscle from all the walking
we did while on board the ship and while in port, on our shore tours, as well!!:)))) ***
